The power of AFFIRMATIONS
Everything is possible.
Affirmations are very important.
They can help you in many areas of your life.
Take stress for example,
this is something we all have 
to deal with on a daily basis.
We need to find some way to alleviate this
especially
 if a
stressful situation goes on too long.
This will eventually affect the state of one's
health.
Affirmations are statements 
which we repeat over and over to ourselves 
until they seep into our subconscious mind
and then eventually into our conscious mind
where they begin to work wonders in our life.

Start with something simple like:
Every morning I wake up feeling 
refreshed and invigorated,
OR Every day in every day 
I am becoming better and better and better.
These simple statements cannot hurt you
and may in fact help you either subtly
or even a lot in the long run.
It is better to start affirmations 
with the statement, "I AM".
And then end them with the statement, 
So be it. So be it. So be it.
Three times is the best.

You can also end it with something 
that is spiritual to you, such as,
Amen or Om or Shanti or namaste.
And you can also end it with the word, Indeed,
said with a strong voice.

Make
it fun!
Turn your affirmations into a couple 
of rhyming sentences or add more lines.
How about making it funny!
Try making it into a song with a melody
you already know, like one of your favorite
songs
 or one that
is fun or catchy to sing.
If it is fun,
 then you
will do your affirmations more often.
